  I was not happy with service at all. I chose a lane where the customer only had a few items left and i only had 1. I didn't chose the express as there were too many people. The cashier was so busy talking to the customer who she obviously knew. She spent the time talking to her about the customers son who as the mother explained had a problem, they were about to leave when she called them back to talk to the child. Even the mother felt uncomfortable because she said "you have customers to serve " by this time there was quite a few waiting. Her reply to us was as she looked at us wa "OH WELL". I'm happy for pleasant servise but that comment went too far. If she had said "oh sorry" or something pleasant i think we would have understood. Well i normally shop at Coles thought I'd give you guys a go but never again sorry woolworths your loss.
